autoschedule turned itself off

the scheduler switches itself off and dms the owner when pessimist plus lapsed for both the server and the owner (including when december's free access ends), when the channel no longer exists, when the bot lost send messages, when the ping role can't be mentioned, or when discord returned a permissions error. fix the cause, then re-enable it from the /setup link or the server settings page. typing .qotd does not re-enable it.
