qotd isn't posting in my server

the most common causes are: setup was never completed (finish it with .setup or /setup), the bot lost send messages in the question channel, the ping role is not mentionable, the 16-hour cooldown between manual posts, or autoschedule switched itself off because pessimist plus lapsed. the help page can read your server's setup, permissions and schedule straight from the bot.
